Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

✈️ Shipping Methods & Rates
We ship across the United States via USPS or UPS.
Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after processing.
Flat rate shipping: $7.95 on all orders under $99.
Free shipping on orders of $99 or more.
We currently do not ship internationally.

Customers may choose local pickup at checkout. Orders can be picked up at our storefront:

Pickup Hours: Wednesday–Friday 11 AM – 5 PM, Saturday 11 AM – 4 PM.

📮 Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. Sydney Jayde & Co. is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

📦 Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is marked “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, please contact your local carrier. Unfortunately, we cannot replace packages once they are confirmed as delivered.
