Items must be returned in original condition and packaging.
Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
Personal care items (e.g., beauty or hygiene products) are final sale.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
