Hey, I'm Kourtni — founder of Sydney Jayde & Co.

This boutique was named after my daughter, Sydney Jayde, as a symbol of legacy, love, and the kind of world I want to build for her—one rooted in confidence, self-expression, and community.

Before launching my own business, I worked in hotel and restaurant management, clocking 80-hour weeks and giving my all to the customer experience. I loved the fast pace, but when I became a mom, everything shifted. I wanted to be fully present for my daughter without giving up the fire in my soul to create something meaningful.

What started as a small leap into the world of fashion has grown into a thriving boutique that’s been empowering women for over 8 years! Along the way, I transitioned from being a top seller in a direct sales company to running my own brand—curating collections that are not only stylish and comfortable, but designed to help women feel seen, beautiful, and completely themselves.

At Sydney Jayde & Co, we’re not just about clothes—we’re about confidence. We carefully select every piece with intention, making sure it fits real bodies, real lifestyles, and real women. I travel to Market multiple times a year to handpick quality, fashion-forward pieces that speak to the heart of who our customers are.

And because I can’t help but create, I also run Heavenly Woods Candle Co, where we hand-pour premium home fragrances that are free from phthalates and full of clean, cozy vibes. Whether it’s clothing or candles, everything we offer is crafted or curated with purpose and passion.

Most days, you’ll find me juggling mom life, boutique life, and dreaming big—while always keeping my values at the center. My goal is to build a brand that serves women deeply and a life that feels full of freedom, intention, and joy.
